The MessageTag Send option allows you to initiate a push message using this API. Instead of specifying DeviceToken values to receive the push message, MobilePush sends the message to all subscribers on a specified list. That request optionally allows you to pass the text of the message to override the message specified in the definition.

Hi there,

We currently use your SOAP API for accessing the Triggered Send functionality of Exact Target. We are able to batch up 500 or so emails within a single SOAP Envelope enabling us to send about 30k emails. As a development team we are currently investigating the usage of the new Fuel API and making REST requests to create Triggered Sends. In our tests so far we have found this to be the prefered method due to the lightweight nature of the requests.

I'm using the Fuel SDK in Python and the calls to retrieve Subscribers and SendEvents is taking a very long time - up to 10 minutes between each set of 2500 records.

Can I access Subscribers and SendEvents using the REST API? The documentation https://code.exacttarget.com/api does not mention anything about these object types.

How can I access the list of Subscribers and SendEvents through the REST API?

Most of the sample calls in the SDK's only supply a clientID and clientSecret in the auth call, no application ID, and I did not explicitely see a JWT coming back that I could interrogate.

Any pointers in the Ruby SDK would be appreciated.

If I have a non-web app which uses the FUEL SDK, can I retrieve a JWT to inform me of the capabilities of the account I am logged into?

How do you get the contents of a tracking folder that I have the ID for with the fuel API? Is there a way to do this using the send object?

$objectType = "Send";

$sendProps = array('ID', 'SentDate', 'NumberSent', 'EmailName', 'Client.ID');
$getResponse = new ET_Get($this->myclient, $objectType, $sendProps, NULL);

Here's what I have.

$objectType = "DataFolder";
$sendProps = array('ID', 'Name');
$sendFilter = array('Property' => 'Name', 'SimpleOperator' => 'equals', 'Value' => 'My Tracking');
$getResponse = new ET_Get($this->myclient, $objectType, $sendProps, $sendFilter);
$folderID = $getResponse->results[0]->ID;

This gets me the My Tracking folder ID, but how do I then get folders or contents within the My Tracking folder?

I am using the FuelSDK for Python. Because I am working with many clients, I have many client instances in ET (client IDs). I am wondering if it is possible to access these client IDs individually, using the same app, or by creating different apps in the app center under 1 user account? It appears that my first app has automatically associated itself with the client ID that my code@ login is associated with.
