At ExactTarget, Orange is a culture, not just a color. The employees make ExactTarget a one-of-a-kind company, and we extend the Orange culture into our ecosystem to benefit our customers and partners. Here at CODE@, we want to extend that Orange culture to all those who participate in the community.

Being Orange in the Community

• Respect everyone's questions, answers and comments.
• Assume good faith.
• Be open to sharing your knowledge as often as possible.
• Respect new community members — we all start at the beginning.
• Encourage others, and recognize and praise good work.
• Spread the word of CODE@ to attract other knowledgeable people.
• If you need help, please don't hesitate to ask.
• Be great leaders.
• Update your profile.
• Provide feedback on our site, platform, and application.

Please refrain from the following:

• Using obscene or offensive language
• Attacking people's activity in the community 
• Abusing or intimidating others
• Using multiple accounts to have conversations with yourself
• Posting anything you don't want the world to see - this is a public space
• Posting content that violates the Terms and Conditions of CODE@
• Violating the privacy of other users
• Spamming the site or other community members
